دل اول مفتوح، یہ لفظ ’’جماعت، پارٹی‘‘، خاص کر’’سیاسی جماعت یا پارٹی یا گروہ‘‘ کے معنی میں ہندی میں استعمال ہوتا ہے۔ اردو میں مؤخر الذکر معنی بالکل نہیں ہیں، لہٰذا اردومیں ایسا صرف بالکل غلط ہے جس میں’’دل‘‘ کے معنی ’’جماعت، پارٹی، یا سیاسی پارٹی یا گروہ‘‘ کے نکلیں۔ ان معنی میں اردو میں ’’پارٹی‘‘ اور’’جماعت‘‘ ہی مستعمل ہیں۔ حسب ضرورت عربی لفظ ’’حزب‘‘ بھی بول دیتے ہیں۔ ایک جماعت یا پارٹی چھوڑ کر دوسری جماعت یا پارٹی میں شامل ہونے کو ہندی میں ’’دل بدلی‘‘، اور جو شخص یہ عمل کرتا ہے اسے’’دل بدلو‘‘ (واؤ معروف) کہا جاتا ہے۔ افسوس کہ یہ قبیح اور بھونڈے ا لفاظ اردو میں بھی اپنائے جا رہے ہیں۔ ایک جماعت یاپارٹی یا گروہ کو چھوڑ کر دوسری جماعت یاپارٹی یا گروہ میں جانے والے کو ’’خروجی‘‘، یا ’’مخارج‘‘ کہہ سکتے ہیں اورپارٹی چھوڑ کر دوسری جماعت یاپارٹی یا گروہ میں جانے کے عمل کو’’مخارجت‘‘ کہہ سکتے ہیں۔ واضح رہے کہ ’’خروج‘‘ بمعنی ’’بغاوت‘‘ تاریخ اسلام میں مستعمل ہے، اور اپنے رہنما کو چھوڑ کر اپنی راہ اختیار کرنے والے کو بعض حالات میں ’’خارجی‘‘ کہا گیا ہے۔ لہٰذا ’’خروج‘‘ اور’’مخارجت‘‘ کے پیچھے مناسب تاریخی پس منظر بھی ہے۔ دوسری بات یہ ہے کہ’’دل بدلو‘‘ اور ’’دل بدلی‘‘ میں جماعت یاپارٹی یا گروہ کو مطلقاًچھوڑ جانے کا مفہوم نہیں ہے، صرف یہ مفہوم ہے کہ ایک جماعت یاپارٹی یا گروہ چھوڑ کر دوسرا اختیار کیاجائے۔ ’’خروجی‘‘ اور’’مخارجت‘‘ میں یہ مفہوم بھی ہے، لہٰذا یہ الفاظ ’’دل بدلو‘‘ اور’’دل بدلی‘‘ سے زیادہ جامع ہیں۔ ظفر احمد صدیقی کو ان عربی الفاظ پر اعتراض ہے کہ بہت ثقیل ہیں، لیکن مجھے باوجود غور و فکر کوئی اور مصطلحات سوجھے نہیں۔ اگر ان سے سبک تر مل سکیں تو بہت خوب، لیکن’’دل بدلی‘‘ اور’’دل بدلو‘‘ کو ضرور چھٹی ملنی چاہئے۔
