- ۱.عیب یا غلطی سے مبرّا، نقص سے پاک، بے عیب.
- (قواعد) حروفِ علّت کے علاوہ باقی تمام حرف حرفِ صحیح کہلاتے ہیں کیونکہ وہ متغّیر نہیں ہوتے.
- ۱. تصدیق، دستخط.
- ۲. حدیث کی چھ یا ساتھ کتابوں میں سے ہر ایک جیسے صحیح بخاری، صحیح مسلم.
- ۲. درست، ٹھیک، سچ، قاعدے اور ضابطے کے مطابق، راست، بجا.
- ۳. تندرست، چنگا، اچھا، صحت مند.
- ۴. (ریاضی) سالم (عدد)، وہ عدد جس میں کسر نہ ہو.
- ۵.(عروض) شعر کے عروض و ضرب جو باوجود جواز کے علّت و نقصان سے پاک اور سالم ہوں.
