विशेष • शाह मदार मुसलमानों के एक बड़े पीर हुए हैं, जिनकी मृत्यु 1432 में हुई, मकनपुर में उनकी दरगाह है। प्रति वर्ष वहाँ मेला लगता है और प्रसाद में गुलगुले बँटते हैं। उसी से कहावत है कि मदार साहब के दर्शन के लिए तो लोग कम और गुलगुलों की लालच से अधिक जाते हैं।
