ایک طرح کی ورزش جس میں دو من سے دس من تک کا وزن صرف گردن یا سِینے سے کھین٘چا جاتا ہے ، سنتولہ لکڑی کا ایک مضبوط تختہ ہے جس کی لمبائی تقریباً چار یا پانچ فٹ اور وسعت غالباً ایک فٹ ہوتی ہے اس تختے کے درمیان یا سِرے پر ایک مضبوط رسّی یا زنجیر کے دونوں سِرے باندھ دیے جاتے ہیں. اس لکڑی کے تختے پر دوچار وزنی پہلوانوں کو بٹھا کر رسّی یا زنجیر کے دائرہ کی مدد سے سِینے یا گردن کے ذریعہ کھین٘چا جاتا ہے.
