- एक तरह का पुलाव जिसमें चाँदी के पत्र एक तोला और सोने के पत्र तीन माशा अंडे की ज़र्दी में मिला कर के मुर्ग़े के कंठनाली में भर के कंठनाली के हर घेरे को धागे से कस के खौलते हुए पानी में उबालते हैं तो वह मोती की तरह चमकीला निकलता है उसे पुलाव में मिला देते हैं तो वह गले हुए मोती मालूम होते हैं
