- (منطق) قضیہ شرطیہ منفصلہ کی تین قسموں (حقیقیہ ، مانعۃ الجمع ، مانعۃ الخلو) میں سے ایک وہ قصّیہ جس کی دو حالتوں میں اجتماع و ارتفاع دونوں ممتنع ہوں (قضیے کی دو حالتوں کا ایک وقت میں ایک ساتھ اکٹھا ہونا (اجتماع) ممکن نہ ہو اور نہ کوئی وقت ایسا ہوکستا ہے کہ قضیے کی ان حالتوں میں ایک بھی حالت نہ ہو (اسکو ارتفاع کہتے ہیں) مثلاً دن اور رات یا جفت و طاق کا اجتماع و ارتفاع دونوں ممتنع ہیں)
