तुरत मजूरी जो परखावे, बा का कार तुरत हो जावे

जो मज़दूरी तुरंत अदा कर दे उस का काम जल्द होता है

दम-ब-ख़ुद हो जाना

ख़ामोश हो जाना, गुमसुम हो जाना, ठहर जाना, हैरान हो जाना, हक्का-बक्का रहना

बड़े बे तुके हो

बहुत बेकार की बात करते हो, बहुत वाहियात बकते हो

दिल ख़ून हो के बह जाना

उत्साह न रहना, उमंग जाती रहना, शौक़ न रहना

ख़ुदा बी हो

अल्लाह मालिक है, अल्लाह मदद करे, मुश्किल है

बिह हो जाना

(ذخم، چوٹ وغیرہ کا) اچھا ہو جانا ، بھرائل

कल बे-कल हो जाना

बेचैन-ओ-बे-आराम हो जाना

तेल हो के बह जाना
